Whenever you visit our website, we automatically collect a range of data and information that we store in what are known as log files. Our log files may contain the following data and information:
We need this data to ensure the technical availability of our website and to adapt our website to your device. We also collect this data to detect errors and system attacks on our website and to develop protective measures to prevent misuse.
For the purposes of business operations, analysis, and continuous optimization of our website, we use Google Analytics in its “basic version,” a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 7, Section IX of the LGPD. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of website usage. Google will use this information to evaluate website usage and compile reports on website activity. Google processes the data collected through the use of the “basic version” of Google Analytics exclusively for our company’s own purposes. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
The information generated by the cookie regarding the use of this website includes:
Sessions and campaigns expire after a certain period of time. By default, sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, and campaigns expire after six months. Campaigns can be limited to a maximum of two years.
You can find more information about terms of use and data protection at:

You can opt out of data collection by Google Analytics here and prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent.
When you visit our website, certain features will only work if text files (known as cookies) are stored on your computer. These cookies are used to make your browsing experience more personalized, efficient, and secure. Thanks to these files, you can, for example, receive information on the website that is tailored to your interests. Our sole aim is therefore to tailor our offerings to our customers’ needs as effectively as possible.
Cookies on our website can be categorized as follows:
We directly control these types of cookies. Depending on their purpose, they either remain permanently—even after the end of the session (so-called persistent cookies, e.g., to store the access code or implement opt-out) or are deleted when the browser is closed (so-called session cookies; they are valid only for a single browser session, e.g., to display the shopping cart across multiple pages).
These types of cookies are controlled by third parties. Third-party providers are vendors that use cookies to transmit, for example, information from an advertising banner.
We use so-called temporary/permanent cookies, which are automatically deleted after a specified period of time. Cookies from partner companies also contain only pseudonymous data, often even anonymous data. They allow our partners to understand which products you viewed, whether a purchase was made, which products were searched for, etc. Here, some of our advertising partners also record information about which pages you have previously visited or which products you were interested in, for example, so they can display advertising that best suits your interests. This pseudonymous data is never combined with your personal data. Its sole purpose is to enable our advertising partners to show you advertising that may actually interest you.
We use cookies in accordance with Article 7(IX) of the LGPD. Certain cookies are used solely on the basis of your consent (Article 7(I) of the LGPD). The relevant legal basis and the specific terms of consent can be found under “Consents” as well as in the information about the respective service.
Of course, you can configure your browser so that it does not store our cookies on your hard drive in the future or so that it deletes cookies that have already been stored. To do this, you can follow these steps:
But please note: you can only fully use and experience some of our most interesting features if you accept our cookies. For example, if you add an item to your shopping cart, our server reads the cookie code and recognizes that the item belongs in your shopping cart. If you visit other websites after your shopping trip and return to our site, your shopping cart will still be full. This service is only possible through the use of cookies.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser data, to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to check if you are using the service. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible alongside your comment.
If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading those that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download these images from the site and extract their location data.
All data submitted via forms on our website includes a checkbox where visitors explicitly authorize us to contact them using the information provided. The data submitted may vary depending on the specific form and the reason for contact, but generally includes:

When you log in to your account on the site, we also set several cookies to save your account data and your screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will last for two weeks. Articles on this site may include embedded content, such as videos, images, articles, etc. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor were visiting that other website.
These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with this embedded content, including your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
We may collaborate with other companies on a wide range of activities, including providing location-based features, working with advertisers, sponsors, and business partners—both online and offline—as well as offering promotional tools and performance analytics. As such, we reserve the right to share your information, including location data, registration details, and interests, with the companies listed below, whenever possible in an anonymous manner, in order to preserve your privacy to the greatest extent possible.
We do not rent, sell, or transfer your personal data to anyone, except to the partner companies listed below. We may share your personal data in the cases listed below:
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to comply with any legal or contractual obligations or requests from competent authorities.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data; the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; and applicable legal requirements.
If you use our products and services, your account information will be retained as long as you keep that account active. If you request cancellation, your information will be deleted within 60 days of account cancellation. If you are a lead, information regarding your interactions with us will be stored for a period of 5 (five) years. Likewise, if you request the deletion of your data and/or your account, in this case, we will retain the data for an additional 72 (seventy-two) hours after your deletion request.
Your account is password-protected to ensure your privacy and security. If you access your account through a third-party website or service, you may have additional or different login protections through that website or service. You must prevent and avoid unauthorized access by third parties to your account and personal data by selecting and protecting your password and/or other login mechanism appropriately and by restricting access to your computer or device and browser, logging out after you have finished accessing your account.
To ensure your privacy and the protection of your personal data, we adopt the best information security and secure development practices available on the market; that is, we seek to use resources that promote the protection of your data and allow you to manage your information directly. In line with this approach, we host our website on servers that are always up to date with the latest versions of all relevant software and plugins, in addition to a weekly backup routine. We use an SSL certificate over HTTP, known as HTTPS, which encrypts all data transmitted within our website.
We strive to protect the privacy of your account and other personal data we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee total security. Unauthorized access or use of an account, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to obtain information about how we process your personal data. To access your stored data, please contact us at comunicacao@grupoalterosa.ind.br. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, provided there are no legal exceptions to the right to deletion. You may also object to the processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest on our part, unless we have an overriding interest in the processing. You also have the right to correct or supplement stored personal data. To the extent that we process data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not mean that data processing based on consent up to the time of withdrawal becomes invalid. You may exercise the aforementioned rights through our Customer Service Center. In addition, you always have the right to file a complaint with us regarding the unauthorized processing of data with the NATIONAL DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY (ANPD), pursuant to subsection V of Article 55-J found in Section 1 of CHAPTER IX of LGPD — Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
