The Integrated Management System comprises processes related to quality, environment, and occupational safety and health in line with Siderúrgica Alterosa S/A’s characteristics, activities, and requirements. In view of the growing need to do more with less, many organizations have realized that integrating their management systems is an excellent opportunity to take their administration to the next level and reduce costs.

Siderúrgica Alterosa’s management system is founded on standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

ISO 9001 stipulates a set of requirements that give customers the confidence that Siderúrgica Alterosa is able to supply its products and services on a regular basis in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to meet their needs and expectations.

ISO 14001 sets out a series of requirements that give customers the confidence that Siderúrgica Alterosa is capable of operating under conditions that minimize environmental impacts, while managing its activities in an appropriate, preventive manner and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

ISO 45001 lays down requirements that give customers confidence that Siderúrgica Alterosa is capable of managing its employees’ occupational health and safety, controlling and improving their performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
